About             About Jillellen Jillellen Designs was born in October 2004 when founder and designer, Jill Ellen Goodman-Ruggieri, transformed her fun and loving hobby of jewelry making into a small business based out of her Washington Square West apartment in Philadelphia. Since then, Jillellen Designs has grown from a one-person proprietorship that sold earrings and bracelets to family and friends to a small business with several employees that is dedicated to designing, creating and providing its customers with elegant and wearable jewelry and accessories. While Jill still loves making jewelry for family and friends, her jewelry has recently been featured in numerous trunk shows and boutiques throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
